Subscription Billing Policy for Successible

This Subscription Billing Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all subscription plans offered by Mabely Q Consulting for the Successible software and related services (“Plans”). By subscribing to a Plan, you are agreeing to the terms set forth herein.

1. Billing and Payment Terms

  • When you select a Plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee in advance for the billing period you selected (monthly or annual).

  • Billing occurs on the date you signed up (the “Billing Date”) and will recur at the same interval (monthly or annually) unless you cancel.

  • All renewal fees are automatically charged unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information. If a payment fails, we may attempt to collect again, suspend access, or cancel your subscription.

2. Pricing Changes and Notices

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or billing terms at any time.

  • We will notify you at least 30 days before any increase in subscription fee or change in billing terms.

  • If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Plan at any time from your account settings or by contacting support at erin@mabelyq.com.

  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period; you will not be billed further.

  • Access to the Service continues until the end of your paid period.

4. Refunds

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are provided for: partial months, early cancellation, unused access, or non-use of the Service.

  • If you believe a charge was in error, contact support at erin@mabelyq.com within 30 days of the charge date.

5. Upgrade, Downgrade, and Plan Changes

  • If you upgrade mid-billing period, we may apply a prorated amount or charge the new plan at the next billing cycle—subject to our discretion.

  • Downgrades become effective at the next billing date; you may continue on your current plan until that date.

  • Switching Plans does not entitle you to a refund.

6. International Billing and Taxes

  • If you subscribe from outside the United States, you are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or additional fees.

  • We may collect VAT, GST, or other taxes where applicable.

  • The visible price is inclusive of such taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. Chargebacks

  • If you initiate a chargeback on a valid subscription charge, we reserve the right to suspend your access, recover services provided, and seek reimbursement for fees paid, including any collection costs.

8. Termination by Company

  • We may terminate or suspend your subscription at any time if you violate these terms or the general Terms of Use of the Service.

  • Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
